Ingredients: Pure acacia honey (96%), Valerian Root Extract (3%), Lavender Natural Flavouring (0.05%), Vanilla Natural Flavouring (0.6%), Vitamin B12.

Nutrition: (Typical values per 100g) Energy 1,360kJ / 317kcal, Fat 0g, of which Saturates 0g Carbohydrate 79g, of which Sugars 78g, Protein 0g, Salt 0g, Vitamin B12 18μg (720g*).

Vitamins & Botanicals: 

Each serving (2 teaspoons) contains:

  • 150mg Valerian Extract (equivalent to 450mg Valerian Root)
  • 2.5μg Vitamin B12

Store at room temperature. If honey sets, place the closed jar in a bowl of hot water until runny.
