How does a subscription work?

Choose your favourite products and select how often you'd like them delivered when placing your order. Once your subscription is created, you'll receive an email prompting you to activate your account, from there you can view and manage your subscription details.

We'll then automatically deliver your products on your chosen schedule, and you'll enjoy subscriber-only savings on every order.

How much can I save?

Subscribers receive a 16% discount on every recurring order, helping you save compared to purchasing products individually.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. You can update your delivery schedule at any time. Simply login your account to access your subscription portal.

Can I skip a delivery?

Absolutely. Going on holiday or still have some honey left? Simply skip your next order in your subscription portal.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time and restart it whenever you're ready.

Can I add or remove products?

Yes. You can edit your subscription in your subscription portal whenever you like by adding new products or removing existing ones.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged automatically before each scheduled delivery. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your order is processed.
