Crystallisation is a natural process that shows your honey is the real deal, pure, raw, and unpasteurised. All honeys eventually crystallise if they are raw and unpasteurised, but Manuka crystallises a little more quickly than our other honeys, especially in the cold winter temperatures. With our Manuka Honey, there’s even more to love. When it crystallises, the grains are super fine and soft – like a super delicious fudge butter, making it not only easy to spread but also a dream to enjoy.
