Directions for daily use:
This propolis and vitamin throat spray has been designed for daily use.
Shake the bottle before each use. Spray 4 times every day in your mouth aiming at the back of your throat and swallow.
When using pump for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times.
Do not exceed more than 15 sprays in a 24 hour period.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.

What is bee propolis?
Bee propolis contains over 300 different natural nutrients and compounds including vitamins and minerals.
When physical damage occurs to a tree, a resin or tree sap floods to the area to stop bacteria or fungi from attacking it. Honeybees collect this tree sap, just as they collect pollen and nectar. They add saliva and beeswax to the sap to optimise it for use in the beehive, creating propolis.
Once back at the hive, the bees use propolis like ‘Polyfilla’ or ‘bee-glue’ to seal the beehive closed and create a protective layer – helping the hive to stay sterile. In very real terms, propolis functions as the natural defence and immune system of the beehive.
