Ingredients: Pure honey, Valerian Extract (3%), Lavender Extract (0.25%), Vitamin B12.

Nutrition: (Typical values per 100g) Energy 1,360kJ / 320 Kcal, Carbohydrate 79g, of which is Sugar 75g, Vitamin B12 18.6μg, Fat, Fibre, Protein, Salt – All Negligible.

Each serving (2 teaspoons) contains:

150mg Valerian Extract (equivalent to 450mg Valerian Root)
2.5μg Vitamin B12

Store at room temperature. If honey sets, place the closed jar in a bowl of hot water until runny.
