Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and helps to support the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin C:

How to make a Turmeric Latte:
Your new revitalising morning routine:
Stir 2 teaspoons of Turmeric+ Honey into 200ml of hot water or hot milk - just under boiling.
Optional – if using milk, finish with a dusting of turmeric powder. If using water, garnish with a slice of lemon!
