One teaspoon of honey contains 50% of your recommended daily allowance (RDA) of Vitamin D and 25% of your Vitamins C, B6, and B12.

Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months old. Store at room temperature. If honey sets, place the closed jar in a bowl of hot water until runny.
