Valencia Orange Immunity Overnight Oats Recipe

Start your day with a burst of citrus goodness with these Valencia Orange Immunity Overnight Oats. Light, refreshing and wonderfully easy to prepare, this make-ahead breakfast is perfect for warmer mornings when you want something nourishing without spending time in the kitchen.
You can use any of our honeys in this recipe, but we especially recommend Valencia Orange Immunity Honey. Its bright orange flavour and subtle hint of ginger bring a delicious citrus twist to the oats, making every spoonful feel fresh and uplifting.
Simply prepare the night before and wake up to a ready-made breakfast that’s packed with flavour and goodness.
Ingredients
(serves 1)
-
50g rolled oats
-
150ml milk or plant-based alternative
-
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
-
1 teaspoon chia seeds
-
Juice of ½ orange
-
1 tablespoon Just Bee Honey (we recommend Valencia Orange Immunity Honey for a refreshing citrus boost)
To serve:
-
Fresh berries
Method
- Combine the Ingredients:
In a jar or bowl, mix together the oats, milk, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, orange juice and Just Bee Honey until well combined. -
Chill Overnight:
Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours, allowing the oats to soften and absorb all the flavours.
-
Serve and Enjoy:
Give the oats a good stir before serving. Top with fresh berries and enjoy straight from the fridge for a cool and refreshing breakfast.
Top Tip
Add a few fresh orange segments before serving for an extra citrus kick and a burst of natural sweetness.
