GOLDEN TURMERIC LATTE

Warm, soothing and wonderfully comforting, this Golden Turmeric Latte is a simple way to bring a moment of calm into your day. With gentle spices and the natural goodness of honey, it’s the perfect drink to enjoy when you’re looking to unwind or recharge.
You can use any of our honeys, but this recipe is best made with Turmeric+ Honey. With turmeric well known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it helps support everyday balance and recovery, while adding a subtle warmth and golden glow to your cup.
Simple to prepare and easy to build into your daily routine, it’s a lovely alternative to your usual tea or coffee.
Ingredients
(serves 1)
- 1 teaspoon Just Bee Honey (we recommend Turmeric+ Honey)
- 250ml milk of choice (dairy or oat work beautifully)
- Pinch of black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional:
- Small slice of fresh ginger
- Dash of vanilla extract
Method

Heat the Milk:
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and warm gently over a low heat. Take care not to let it boil—just heat until comfortably warm. -
Add the Ingredients:
Stir in the Just Bee Honey, cinnamon and black pepper. Add fresh ginger or vanilla if using. -
Whisk Until Smooth:
Whisk or stir well until everything is fully combined and the honey has dissolved into the milk. -
Serve and Enjoy:
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy while warm.
