Back in April 2024, we sent out a short questionnaire asking what health issues you’d like a bit of extra support with—and one topic came up again and again: gut health.
When we dug a little deeper, we discovered that around two-thirds of adults experience gut health issues at some point, with about 40% struggling every single week.
